All products are printed to order.

Please allow 3-7 business days for production before your order ships. During busy seasons or product launches, production times may be slightly longer.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Mystical Bitch is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If you notice an error, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Mystical Bitch is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
