Mystical Bitch Returns & Replacement Policy

Because each Mystical Bitch item is made especially for you at the time of order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing, color preference, or change of mind.

Please review product descriptions, sizing charts, and measurements carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Your happiness matters to us. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing error, we will gladly replace it at no cost.

To request a replacement:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery
• Email: hello@shopmysticalbitch.com
• Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue

Once approved, a replacement item will be produced and shipped to you.

Sizing Issues

All items are printed to order. Because of this, we cannot offer exchanges for incorrect size selection.

If you are unsure about sizing, please review the size chart included on each product page before ordering.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders begin production quickly after purchase. Therefore, cancellations or changes may only be made within 12 hours of placing your order.

Shipping Delays

Mystical Bitch is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has shipped.
