When will my order ship?
Each Mystical Bitch item is made especially for you after purchase. Production typically takes 3-7 business days, followed by shipping time.
You will receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Why is my order made to order?
We create items on demand to reduce waste and support slow fashion. This means your piece is produced just for you — not pulled from a warehouse.
How do I choose the right size?
Please review the size chart included on every product page before ordering.
Because items are printed to order, we cannot offer exchanges for incorrect size selection.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing or change of mind.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly replace it. Please see our Returns & Replacement Policy for full details.
My package says delivered but I don’t have it. What should I do?
Please check with neighbors or your local post office first. If the carrier marks a package as delivered, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders move into production quickly. Changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order.
Do you ship internationally?
No. We are currently shipping in USA only. We're working on bringing our products to customers worldwide very soon.
How should I care for my garment?
For best results:
• Wash inside out
• Machine wash cold
• Tumble dry low or hang dry
• Do not iron directly on print
Proper care helps preserve the artwork and fabric quality.
